About the role
We are seeking a B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive new business and renew existing contracts. The role focuses on demonstrating the value of our client’s products and services, engaging customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate product benefits and articulate value to B2B customers.
- Sell new contracts and renew existing ones while managing objections.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and technical understanding to assess client requirements.
- Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks to product usage.
- Manage high‑volume outbound phone and email communications.
- Handle competitive pressures and retain or win customers.
- Maintain and update the CRM with all relevant customer data.
- Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, and acting as the voice of the customer.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong product knowledge and technical understanding of services.
- Ability to produce accurate sales forecasts on a regular basis.
- Comfort managing a high volume of outbound customer contacts.
- Experience working with a CRM system to capture and maintain customer information.
