B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist – Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist to demonstrate the value of our client’s products and services, drive new sales, and renew existing contracts. You will engage with customers primarily through outbound calls and emails, ensuring high satisfaction and product usage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Address customer concerns and remove roadblocks that affect satisfaction or product usage.
• Manage competitive pressures and handle objections to retain or win customers.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound phone and email contacts each day.
• Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date customer data.
• Execute sales motions such as lead qualification, conversion, health checks, acting as the voice of the customer, and contract renewals.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• C1 level English proficiency.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a sales capacity.
• Good knowledge of the B2B industry.
• Experience with high‑volume calling.
• Experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform.
