About the role

Madar Home is expanding its market presence and seeks a dynamic B2B Sales Executive / Business Developer to generate new business, open fresh markets and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across projects, corporate clients, developers, consultants and contractors.
  • Open new markets and build strong sales pipelines.
  • Develop long‑term relationships with companies and key decision‑makers.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with design, technical office and operations teams.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development; experience in furniture, interior or project sectors is a plus.
  • Proven track record of opening new markets and acquiring projects.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a good command of English.
  • Highly motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
  • Owns a car (preferred).
