About the role

We are seeking a Backend Developer with at least two years of experience to design, build, and maintain robust server‑side applications. The role focuses on creating RESTful APIs, integrating third‑party services, and ensuring high performance and security of our web platforms.

Key responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python or PHP.
Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and optionally NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise backend performance.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, session‑based).
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, designers, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Required profile

2+ years of professional backend development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python or PHP.
Experience with at least one framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI, Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
Good understanding of RESTful API design.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
