About the role
The Bancassurance Area Supervisor monitors sales performance across assigned bank branches, builds strong relationships with branch management, and drives the achievement of business targets. The role ensures effective cross‑functional coordination and promotes high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Implement action plans and control KPIs within assigned branches, propose corrective actions and monitor sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with branch management through regular meetings and best‑practice sharing.
- Support sales growth initiatives by participating in kickoff meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions.
- Coach, motivate and evaluate the sales team, ensuring training and performance reviews are conducted.
- Lead cross‑functional alignment meetings with Operations, Finance and IT to resolve issues and support sales targets.
- Set service standards, monitor delivery and continuously improve to protect financial and reputational interests.
- Maintain regular reporting on production figures and performance analysis, sharing results with managers and partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 5‑7 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
- At least 1 year of experience managing a team.
