Barista – Specialty Tea (Full-time, New Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Barista specialized in specialty tea to join our New Cairo location. The successful candidate will craft a variety of tea-based beverages following Martini’s recipes, ensure high-quality service, and create a welcoming experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty teas and related drinks according to company standards.
• Engage with customers, answer questions about tea origins, flavors, and preparation methods, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service area, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle order taking, payment processing, and timely delivery of beverages.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and supporting teammates during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous barista experience, preferably with a focus on specialty tea.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in New Cairo, including weekends or evenings as needed.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for tea, beverages, and hospitality.
