About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Basketball Coach to join our team in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position involves planning and delivering training sessions, developing game strategies, and mentoring players to improve their skills and performance. Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct regular basketball training sessions for various skill levels.
• Develop game plans, analyze opponents, and adjust tactics during competitions.
• Monitor player progress, provide feedback, and implement individualized improvement plans.
• Promote physical conditioning, sports safety protocols, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and other stakeholders to set shared objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in basketball coaching at school, college, or league level.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with players, staff, and parents.
• Leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Knowledge of sports safety and physical conditioning practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field is a plus.
