BI & Reporting Analyst

About the role

The BI & Reporting Analyst will design and deliver scalable, data‑driven dashboards and reports that turn complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and may coach junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create intuitive, visually appealing BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Build and maintain robust data infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability and effective ETL processes.
• Automate data collection and processing using RPA and AI‑driven solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Translate complex data sets into clear visualizations and actionable recommendations for decision‑makers.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
