Bilingual Community Manager - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Community Manager to help train and evaluate AI chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will work remotely, measuring model progress, editing conversations, and ensuring linguistic quality across our AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to assess conversational accuracy.
• Write and edit novel dialogue scenarios that teach the models appropriate responses.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and brand voice.
• Provide detailed feedback and performance metrics to improve model quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic with excellent grammar and style.
• Detail‑oriented and able to spot subtle errors in AI‑generated text.
• Possession of a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
