Bilingual Copyeditor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual copyeditor to work as an AI trainer, helping to improve conversational AI models in both Arabic and English. The role is fully remote and contract‑based, allowing you to select projects and set your own schedule while contributing to cutting‑edge language technology.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic dialogues with AI chatbots in Arabic and English to assess their linguistic performance.
• Design and write novel conversation scripts that teach the models appropriate responses.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for logical consistency, correctness, and overall quality.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions to guide model refinement.
• Track progress metrics and report findings to the development team.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Arabic with a strong command of grammar and style.
• Detail‑oriented with proven writing and editing expertise.
• Ability to think critically about language use and AI behavior.
• Preferably holding a current or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
