About the role
Alorica is seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives to provide chat‑based support for a global sportswear brand. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality written assistance to customers in both Spanish and English.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve issues related to orders, product information, and account management.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the company's support system.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes.
Required profile
- Fluency in Spanish (B2 level) – both written and spoken.
- Conversational English (B1‑B2 level).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts with a fixed day off.
- Strong written communication skills for chat interaction.
