About the role
FlairsTech is looking for a Bilingual French Travel Advisor to join its customer support team for a travel agency account. Based in Maadi, Cairo, you will work in a hybrid model, handling travel‑related inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and live‑chat messages from customers.
- Assist with travel bookings, changes, cancellations and related queries.
- Provide accurate information and maintain quality service standards.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Previous experience working on a travel‑focused account.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and capacity to multitask under pressure.
