BIM Coordinator – Landscape Architecture

About the role

Land Designers Egypt (LDE) is seeking a full‑time, on‑site BIM Coordinator specialized in landscape architecture to join our Giza office. You will manage BIM processes, bridge architecture and engineering teams, and ensure the design intent is clearly communicated across all disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models for landscape, architecture, and MEP disciplines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align design intent and project standards.
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring models are up‑to‑date and compliant with sustainability guidelines.
• Produce and manage documentation required for project delivery.
• Support quality control and design compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proficiency in BIM coordination with a recognized BIM certification.
• Architectural knowledge combined with experience in landscape design and MEP systems.
• Strong project‑management abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in landscape architecture projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
