Branch Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Lychee is seeking a hands‑on Branch Manager to lead one of its new food‑and‑beverage retail locations in Riyadh. You will own the store’s performance, drive profitability, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand’s commitment to healthy, high‑quality food.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team to deliver top‑tier customer service and operational excellence.
• Own the branch P&L, monitor sales, control costs and make data‑driven decisions to boost profitability.
• Forecast product orders accurately, manage stock levels and minimize waste.
• Analyze daily operations, implement workflow improvements and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and company policies.
• Train and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain to ensure timely deliveries and address stock or supplier issues.
• Monitor branch KPIs, prepare reports and present action plans to exceed targets.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards and product displays.
• Act as a role model for company values and promote an inclusive workplace.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑energy retail or F&B environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing P&L responsibility.
• Passion for food, service and people, with the ability to translate enthusiasm into performance.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
