Brand Associate - Luxury Fragrance

About the role

Join Chalhoub Group’s Prestige Beauty team in Egypt as a Brand Associate, supporting a portfolio of leading luxury fragrance brands from PUIG, Shiseido and D&G. You will work closely with suppliers, retailers and internal teams to drive growth and performance of the fragrance range.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand and trade‑marketing plans across Egypt.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier requests and day‑to‑day brand coordination.
• Collaborate with retailers and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure flawless implementation of campaigns and activations.
• Monitor sales performance through sell‑in and sell‑out analysis and prepare regular business reports.
• Consolidate data and generate insights to aid commercial decision‑making.
• Assist with budget tracking and marketing investment management.
• Follow up on shipments, stock availability and operational requirements.
• Support the local adaptation and execution of brand initiatives.

Required profile

• Commercially minded individual with a strong passion for beauty and luxury fragrance.

• Ability to work effectively with suppliers, retailers and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset for sales performance monitoring and data‑driven insights.
