Brand Management Executive (Luxury Eyewear)

About the role

The Brand Management Executive will support the growth of a luxury eyewear portfolio, executing brand strategy and coordinating multi‑market campaigns. You will work closely with retail, product, CRM and digital teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute seasonal and brand campaigns across multiple markets.
• Support the development and implementation of annual marketing plans and campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with retail, product, CRM and digital teams.
• Uphold brand identity, tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints and implement brand guidelines.
• Manage the cross‑channel marketing calendar covering retail, CRM, digital, social, PR and paid media.
• Coordinate campaign launches, onboard external agencies and production partners, and track timelines to meet brand standards.
• Maintain marketing trackers, budgets and planning tools; act as the coordination point for internal stakeholders.
• Support budget tracking, reconciliation and campaign performance reporting in collaboration with the Marketing Effectiveness team.
• Liaise with key brand partners to ensure alignment on co‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of marketing experience in luxury, fashion or retail environments.
• Strong understanding of brand management and campaign execution.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation for luxury brand standards.
• Experience working with external agencies and vendors is a plus.
• Experience across multiple markets or regions is a plus.
