Brand Manager – Automotive Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our automotive brand(s). The role will shape brand positioning, drive customer engagement and support commercial objectives through integrated campaigns and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans aligned with business and OEM strategies.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR, CRM, events and traditional media.
• Manage vehicle launches, showroom activations, exhibitions, sponsorships and customer engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all communications and assets comply with OEM brand guidelines and corporate identity.
• Collaborate with sales, aftersales, digital, procurement, finance and external agencies to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, analyse market trends and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer insight studies.
• Manage marketing budgets, track expenditures and optimise resource utilisation.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials, digital content, advertising and POS assets.
• Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management and OEM stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in automotive, FMCG, retail or consumer products.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
