Business Developer – Technology Solutions

About the role

Al Yaqeen Technology is seeking a Business Developer to join its Alexandria office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads and build a strong pipeline for the Saudi and Egyptian markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse trends and assess client needs.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking and collaboration with internal teams.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, report on key metrics and contribute to strategic growth plans.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and evaluate opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting solutions and negotiating.
• Proven lead‑generation experience and pipeline management.
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring.
• Customer‑service orientation to maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Background in business development, sales or account management within technology or software.
• Organizational attention to detail and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of digital transformation concepts.
