About the role
Iron Mountain is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its digital solutions portfolio. You will identify new revenue opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver value‑focused solutions that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business within the digital solutions pipeline, emphasizing recurring revenue streams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uncover digital opportunities in the existing customer base.
- Lead proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure to maximize client value.
- Provide accurate and timely business reporting to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Contribute to team effectiveness and strategic alignment across the commercial organization.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in solution sales or SaaS environments.
- Proven expertise in consultative selling, deal negotiation, and shaping complex deals.
- Demonstrated ability to build executive‑level relationships and apply analytical, financially‑fluent thinking to solve client challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
