About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead business development in the service software segment of our software outsourcing portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with a deep understanding of software services to drive growth and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the service software business.
  • Identify new prospects and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3‑5 years of sales experience in the software outsourcing industry, focusing on service software.
  • Proven record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • Good knowledge of the software services market and current trends.
