Business Development Specialist

About the role

Jumppeak is looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth for its marketing agency services. You will be responsible for generating B2B leads, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies using LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, email campaigns and networking events.
• Promote agency services such as digital marketing, branding, and media buying to prospective clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships with potential clients and partners.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline in CRM tools, ensuring timely follow‑ups and high conversion rates.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations and pitch decks aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, art and media buying teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
• Represent Jumppeak at industry events, meetups and conferences to generate leads and partnerships.
• Analyze sales performance metrics and continuously refine business development strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in business development, preferably within marketing agencies.
• Proven track record of generating B2B leads and closing deals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
