Business Excellence & Engagement Coordinator

About the role

The Business Excellence & Engagement Coordinator will support Axios’ Business Excellence function across the region, acting as a liaison between hospitals, physicians, patients and other stakeholders. The role combines field visits with office‑based coordination to ensure program efficiency and high stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, patients, charities and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure timely referral of eligible patients and rapid delivery of medicines according to program workflows.
• Prepare monthly monitoring reports and quarterly quality‑assurance reports, tracking patient numbers and logistics.
• Oversee development and compliance of medical education materials, conference presentations and other program assets.
• Report adverse events and product complaints in line with client SOPs and pharmacovigilance requirements.
• Use Axios’ Patient Management System and CRM to track leads, opportunities and program data, generating dashboards and insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (business development, operations, medical, regional) to align data and support new initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent spoken and written English and strong communication and networking abilities.
• Experience in data monitoring, logistics coordination or communication service management is a plus.
• Demonstrated passion for philanthropy or volunteer work is an advantage.
