About the role

Accor is looking for a dedicated Butler to provide personalized, high‑end service to guests. The role focuses on anticipating guest needs, ensuring privacy, and delivering memorable experiences throughout the stay.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate guests’ needs, delivering tailored service.
• Assist guests with plans, arrangements, and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of all in‑suite services, technology, amenities, and systems.
• Welcome repeat guests, update profiles, and give special attention to long‑stay or celebratory guests.
• Respect guest privacy and handle valuables according to protocol.
• Report to duty on time, follow operating procedures, and keep all logbooks and hand‑overs up to date.
• Build friendly relationships with colleagues across all areas and present a well‑groomed appearance.
