Butler (Turkish Speaker)

About the role

The Butler will provide personalized, high‑end service to guests at Rixos Premium Seagate, ensuring every request is anticipated and fulfilled. Fluency in Turkish is essential to cater to Turkish‑speaking guests and to deliver a seamless, memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate guests’ needs, offering tailored assistance throughout their stay.
• Arrange and coordinate guest plans, reservations, and special requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles, greeting repeat visitors and handling long‑stay or special‑occasion guests with exclusive attention.
• Respect guest privacy, safeguarding personal information and unattended valuables.
• Supervise room service, food & beverage operations, and coordinate with housekeeping staff.
• Direct and monitor staff performance, provide instructions to workers, bus boys, and interns.
• Prepare and collect service plates, ensuring smooth service flow in line with F&B department standards.
• Demonstrate discretion when entering private guest spaces and uphold the highest level of courtesy.
• Promote environmental awareness by participating in sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent Turkish and excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or Butler service.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Leadership abilities to supervise and guide service staff.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to 100% guest satisfaction.
