About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our team. In this position you will manage both inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information about our products and services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Follow up on customer requests when needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
