Call Center Representative – Enterprise

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for our enterprise segment. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service while promoting our products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls in line with company quality standards.
- Conduct follow‑ups, occasional campaigns and callbacks alongside regular inbound traffic.
- Resolve customer inquiries, requests and complaints received via phone, fax, email and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Credit, Customer Support, Activation and Sales Initiatives to provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily staffed time targets to minimise lost calls.
- Provide comprehensive product information and adhere to company policies, vision and values.
- Utilise available tools and systems to deliver correct information and stay updated on all Mobinil services.
- Meet predefined SLA targets, escalate issues when needed and report suspected fraud.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
- 0‑2 years of experience in a similar call‑centre or customer‑service role.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Good time‑management and customer‑orientation.
- Flexibility, teamwork attitude and professional confidence.
