Campaign Manager

About the role

The Campaign Manager at Majid Al Futtaim's MAF Retail, Retail Corporate Egypt unit acts as the central point of coordination across marketing, commercial and retail teams, making sure go-to-market plans are integrated, timely and effective. The role leads campaigns from brief to execution and keeps marketing activities visible and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end campaign planning process, from brief to execution, aligning e-commerce, retail and marketplace commercial teams.
• Create and manage an annual and quarterly campaign calendar covering digital and physical channels.
• Run cross-functional campaign kick-offs with clear objectives, audience, timelines and deliverables.
• Keep visibility of all marketing activities to avoid duplication and improve efficiency.
• Build and run a tiering and prioritisation model for campaigns, and partner with senior leaders to rank opportunities by strategic importance, revenue potential and customer impact.
• Manage governance so priorities are communicated, agreed and executed consistently.
• Act as the operational bridge between marketing, retail operations, e-commerce and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign/project management, ideally in retail, e-commerce or FMCG.
• Proven success managing cross-functional campaigns across digital and physical channels.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple campaigns at once.

Required skills

• Familiarity with campaign management tools such as Asana, Trello and Airtable.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
• Analytical mindset, interpreting performance data and turning insights into action.
