About the role
The Candidate Support Representative will assist applicants throughout the hiring journey at our Smart Village location. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding candidates, answering their questions, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance to candidates who have applied for open positions.
- Explain each step of the hiring process, including phone interview, online assessment, and virtual interview.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, or in‑person and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and status updates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure consistent communication.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to work on‑site and adapt to rotational shift schedules between 10 AM and 10 PM.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
