Center Head – Experience & Activation

About the role

Assembly is seeking an accomplished senior leader to head its Cairo Global Delivery Hub. The Center Head will shape the hub’s strategic direction, drive business transformation, and position Cairo as a critical capability centre within Assembly and the broader Stagwell ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall strategy, performance and growth plan for the Cairo hub in line with global delivery objectives.
• Act as the executive sponsor for all strategic initiatives impacting the hub and ensure delivery excellence, governance and organisational maturity.
• Partner with regional business unit leaders to identify new delivery opportunities, expand capabilities and support complex global assignments.
• Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary escalation point, aligning local execution with global business priorities.

Required profile

• Proven transformational leadership experience in a global delivery or operations environment.
• Strong track record of partnering with senior business leaders to drive growth and capability expansion.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and change‑management skills.
• Ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
