About the role
Trend Media Services is hiring a full-time, on-site CEO Personal Assistant in Cairo. The role covers the CEO's day-to-day support, including calendar, correspondence, travel and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel and daily priorities
- Handle correspondence and act as the main point of contact on the CEO's behalf
- Write professional emails and prepare reports, presentations and research as needed
- Handle hotel, restaurant and other reservations
- Support occasional talent coordination and event logistics
Required profile
- 1-3 years of experience as a PA, executive assistant or in a similar support role
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Extremely organized, able to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Comfortable traveling as required
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bonus: background or experience in operations, events management or reservations
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Comfortable with calendar and project management tools
