Civil Tender Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Tender Team Leader to head our civil tendering operations in Giza. The successful candidate will drive the preparation and submission of competitive bids, ensuring technical accuracy and commercial viability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the civil tendering team, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs and specifications to assess project requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to gather necessary information.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids that meet client expectations.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to tender strategy formulation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in civil tendering or estimation.
• Proven experience leading a tender team.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, pricing and contract documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
