Claude AI Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Claude AI Specialist to lead the design, integration, and optimization of AI‑powered workflows using Anthropic’s Claude platform. You will serve as the in‑house authority on all things Claude, from prompt engineering to enterprise‑scale deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and engineer advanced prompts that leverage Claude’s up to 200K‑token context window for complex, multi‑step reasoning.
• Build and maintain integrations with the Claude API using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript SDKs.
• Implement tool use, function calling, computer use, and multi‑agent workflows via Claude’s agentic capabilities.
• Configure and extend Claude with the Model Context Protocol to connect external data sources, APIs, and services.
• Develop systems that utilize Claude’s document analysis, vision, and PDF processing features.
• Architect Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and memory systems for Claude‑powered applications.
• Evaluate and benchmark Claude model versions (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus) to select the optimal model based on cost, speed, and performance.
• Use Claude’s system prompt and constitutional AI features to ensure safe, on‑brand behavior.
• Leverage the Anthropic Console and Workbench for prototyping, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Utilize Claude Cowork’s Dispatch (Beta) to automate remote computer tasks and scale desktop workflow automation.
• Stay current with Anthropic model releases, platform updates, and beta feature rollouts.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI workflows with large language models.
• Deep familiarity with Anthropic’s Claude ecosystem, including prompt engineering and API integration.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for building multi‑agent and tool‑calling pipelines.
