Solutions Engineer (Remote - Egypt)

About the role

Talkpush is looking for a Solutions Engineer to lead the technical adoption of its AI‑first recruitment platform in Egypt. The role is fully remote and focuses on configuring the product, solving customer issues and building a local community of users.

Key responsibilities

• Own a queue of customer tickets and configuration requests each week.
• Configure Autoflows, integrations and bot interactions to match client requirements.
• Audit existing setups and optimise them for performance, response quality and adoption.
• Troubleshoot end‑to‑end issues and resolve them with minimal escalation.
• Conduct weekly technical check‑ins with recruitment managers and team leaders.
• Translate customer pain points into platform changes and configuration tweaks.
• Set clear expectations on product capabilities and deliver realistic timelines.
• Organise monthly in‑person meet‑ups to grow the Talkpush community in Egypt.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to dive deep into technical challenges.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Passionate about improving candidate experiences and recruitment processes.
• Ability to build relationships with recruitment managers and lead community initiatives.
• Not a revenue‑driven sales role; focus is on product success for customers.

Required skills

• Experience configuring recruitment or automation platforms (e.g., Autoflows, bot workflows).
• Knowledge of API integrations and system optimisation.
