Client Experience Agent – Pharma & Science

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Client Experience Agent to support our pharma and science customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive reliable advice, timely issue resolution, and a seamless purchasing experience.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
- Resolve inquiries and concerns quickly, maintaining high satisfaction.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to drive service improvements.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge to guide customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to integrate client insights.
- Present and sell products, meeting sales targets aligned with company goals.
- Manage inventory, track orders, and support production and sales processes.
- Perform accurate data entry for inventory and customer interactions.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work 4 days on‑site with 3 days off, from 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
