Client Experience Agent – Pharmacy Services

About the role

The Client Experience Agent (Pharmacist) will be the front‑line representative for our pharmacy services, ensuring every client receives prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly assistance. You will combine customer service expertise with product knowledge to drive satisfaction and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage proactively with clients to understand their needs and build trust.
• Resolve inquiries, issues, and feedback quickly and effectively.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to recommend service improvements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all pharmacy products and services.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to relay client insights.
• Present and sell pharmacy products, meeting sales targets.
• Track inventory, manage product orders, and perform accurate data entry.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on quality.
