Client Experience Agent – Skincare & Medical Spa

About the role

Groovy Med Spa is seeking a motivated Client Experience Agent to join its team in Al Sheikh Zayed. The role blends customer service, sales, and basic operational tasks within a high‑end skincare and medical spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through premium products and medical spa services, providing personalized recommendations.
• Build trust, address inquiries, and achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and perform accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall client journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills in English and problem‑solving ability.
