About the role
Groovy Med Spa is seeking a motivated Client Experience Agent to join its team in Al Sheikh Zayed. The role blends customer service, sales, and basic operational tasks within a high‑end skincare and medical spa environment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide clients through premium products and medical spa services, providing personalized recommendations.
- Build trust, address inquiries, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and perform accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance the overall client journey.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in English and problem‑solving ability.

What we offer
- Four‑day work week with three days off.
- Shift hours: 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM.
