Clinic Administrator

About the role

EG PHYSIO, a leading physiotherapy and rehabilitation provider in Egypt, is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Clinic Administrator. This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo will oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a seamless patient journey from first contact through post‑treatment follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and maintain a professional clinic environment.
• Manage appointments, confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and online inquiries.
• Register new patients and keep electronic medical records accurate and confidential.
• Coordinate patient flow with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Process payments, issue invoices and receipts, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Monitor attendance, conduct follow‑ups and work to improve patient retention.
• Address patient feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Prepare daily operational and financial reports.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate purchasing requests.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs and confidentiality standards.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions and patient engagement activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in clinic administration, hospitals or medical centers (preferred).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Experience handling medical records while maintaining confidentiality.
