About the role
We are seeking a Cloud Technical Support Engineer to join our Application Support & Cloud Operations team. The role involves providing 24x7 L2 support for enterprise cloud applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and smooth operation of cloud‑hosted services.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver L2 application and infrastructure support for cloud‑based solutions.
- Maintain high availability of cloud‑hosted applications and resolve incidents.
- Perform Windows and Linux server administration, including operational support and maintenance.
- Execute changes, patches, and routine maintenance activities.
- Participate in UAT testing and support cloud operations.
- Work in a DevOps mode, collaborating with monitoring and hosting teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Team‑oriented mindset with good time‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Windows & Linux administration
- Scripting knowledge
- Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL databases
- REST and SOAP API integration
- Python, Java, ASP.NET, Node.js, C#, PHP, React.js development
- Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible container/orchestration tools
- Azure Fundamentals
- Agile and DevOps practices
- Networking fundamentals (CCNA a plus)
- ITIL foundation knowledge
