Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will translate the organisation's commercial strategy into actionable plans for the MENA and European regions, with a focus on GCC markets. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive revenue growth, manage key client and partner relationships, and align sales and marketing activities to regional priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial plans, set revenue, pipeline and retention targets.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing B2B SaaS accounts and new enterprise segments.
• Oversee the Sales Manager and sales team to achieve regional revenue and new‑logo goals.
• Guide complex enterprise‑level SaaS deals and manage pricing, deal structuring, and negotiations.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, resellers and channel partners across GCC, MENA and Europe.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure regional marketing supports commercial objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales and marketing teams, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.
• Report commercial performance, forecasts and risks to the CEO and represent the company at industry events.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in commercial, sales or business development roles.
• Mandatory experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in ERP, CRM, HR Tech, FinTech or similar enterprise software.
• Proven track record leading commercial operations across MENA and Europe, with strong focus on GCC markets.
• Experience supervising sales or marketing managers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent.
• Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
