Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join our remote team and help our clients in the MENA region shape and amplify their narratives. You will work directly with investment firms, founders, and global companies to design and deliver strategic communication programs that support capital raising, talent attraction, and market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for diverse clients.
• Write compelling press releases, articles, and other content that aligns with client objectives.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
• Manage media relations, including outreach, briefing, and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with clients to streamline messaging and support initiatives that enhance market presence.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in the Financial Services industry and a solid background in communication, writing, and press‑release creation.
• Proficiency in strategic communications planning and delivery.
• Experience with internal communications and the ability to guide messaging within organizations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build authentic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Prior experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of the MENA region and its investment or tech sectors is mandatory.
