Community Relations Specialist

About the role

The Community Relations Specialist will be the primary point of contact for students, helping to create a vibrant and supportive learning environment. You will foster engagement, manage communication channels, and organize events that strengthen the sense of community.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for student inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students throughout their learning journey.
• Manage and moderate student WhatsApp groups and other community platforms.
• Promote an active, respectful, and inclusive student community.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, activities, and events.
• Handle logistics, communication, and follow‑up for all community events.
• Create and distribute announcements, updates, and other student communications.
• Support engagement campaigns across multiple channels and gather student feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Genuine interest in education, student engagement, and community building.
