Concierge Supervisor

About the role

A hotel in Cairo is looking for an experienced and dynamic Concierge Supervisor to lead its concierge team. The role combines hands-on guest service with leadership, ensuring that guests receive warm, professional and enthusiastic service that exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise the concierge team, maintaining consistent service standards and a supportive environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and handle guest requests and inquiries efficiently.
• Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Cairo's attractions, restaurants, entertainment venues and cultural landmarks.
• Schedule rotating shifts and train and onboard new team members.
• Use concierge management systems and booking platforms to organize reservations and track requests.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and analyze guest feedback and operational metrics to drive improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of concierge or hospitality service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of Cairo's attractions, Egyptian culture and hospitality standards.
• Physical demands include constant standing and walking, lifting up to 30 lbs, and occasional climbing of stairs and ladders.
