Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple construction zones for Meraki Fine Finishes in Dokki, Giza. The role involves overseeing the execution of construction drawings, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with planning, procurement, and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and supervise implementation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance, enforce safety and quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and design teams to align site requirements.
• Prepare detailed progress reports, manpower forecasts, and issue logs.
• Resolve routine engineering issues and escalate critical matters as needed.
• Track material deliveries, ensure proper utilization, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, local regulations, and HSE standards.
• Support resolution of site conflicts and technical discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and good communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams on site.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
