Consultant End User Support

About the role

We are looking for a Consultant End User Support to be the first point of contact for operational inquiries at our Istanbul location. You will install, commission and maintain company‑owned devices such as notebooks, smartphones, tablets and printers, while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations for end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission new hardware and software for company‑owned devices.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents.
• Administer user accounts, authorisations and manage identity via IDM.
• Support driver, firmware and device‑driver updates.
• Handle network‑related requests and problems as the operational AP for Istanbul.
• Order, receive and manage hardware inventory for the site.
• Document support cases and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate closely with Group IT, IT & A and other departments.

Required profile

• Experience working with a ticketing system or in an IT support environment.
• Familiarity with IT and ERP software.
• Strong customer orientation and persuasive communication.
• Good command of German and English.
