Consumer Marketing Senior Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of consumer marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital, social media, on-ground activations and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Develop consumer-focused content and communication in collaboration with agencies.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities.
• Track campaign performance, KPIs and marketing budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Consumer Marketing, OTC Pharma, FMCG or Healthcare.
• Strong understanding of consumer marketing and digital channels.
• Good analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented.
• Pharma/OTC experience is a strong advantage.
