Content Creator – Marketing (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Content Creator to join our Marketing team, focusing on promoting our real‑estate projects across digital channels. The role involves producing compelling copy, visuals and video that enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Write captions, scripts, articles and marketing copy in Arabic and English.
• Plan and maintain content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design, Videography and Digital Marketing teams to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Capture on‑site material during property tours, launches, events and promotional activities.
• Research industry trends, competitor activity and audience preferences to generate fresh ideas.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to boost reach and engagement.
• Support employer‑branding initiatives with internal and recruitment‑focused content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist, preferably in real‑estate.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms, content strategy and digital‑marketing trends.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
