Content Creator – Short-Form Video Specialist

About the role

The Content Creator will produce high‑impact short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, targeting the professional services sector. This remote, part‑time position requires a data‑driven mindset to iterate quickly and maximise audience retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Script, film, and edit 4–6 short‑form videos daily, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Design "scroll‑stopping" hooks within the first 1–3 seconds to boost initial view rates.
• Incorporate rapid pacing, dynamic captions, and on‑screen text for accessibility.
• Handle end‑to‑end production, including lighting, framing, and audio capture.
• Analyse performance metrics (retention, watch time) and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Translate complex service offerings into concise, digestible video segments.
• Maintain version control and iterate on high‑performing hooks or CTAs.

Required profile

• Comfortable on camera with clear English fluency and professional articulation.
• Proven ability to create content that drives specific business outcomes such as conversions or ROI.
• Self‑disciplined, able to meet daily production quotas independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile‑first editing tools, specifically CapCut.
• Experience shooting high‑quality footage using a mobile device or DSLR camera.
