Content Lead – Luxury Brand

About the role

The Content Lead at WOROOD will shape and drive the brand’s luxury content vision across all digital platforms. This role blends strategic marketing, creative leadership, storytelling and brand direction to ensure every communication piece reflects WOROOD’s premium positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall content strategy and creative direction for all digital channels.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals, launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Generate and approve creative concepts, mood boards and storytelling ideas that embody the luxury identity.
• Oversee photoshoots, reels, campaigns and other content production while upholding high creative standards.
• Manage the content team, ensuring smooth workflow, consistent brand voice and timely execution.
• Track tasks, deadlines and approvals to guarantee organized, high‑quality output.
• Review and approve social media posts, campaign visuals, captions and marketing communications before publishing.
• Lead brainstorming sessions with marketing, content and creative teams to maintain consistent messaging.
• Support event communications and manage PR activities during brand launches and media gatherings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fashion, beauty or luxury PR.
• Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent understanding of influencer marketing and digital PR trends.
• Proven ability to coordinate, multitask and report effectively.
• Keen eye for detail, visual storytelling and luxury positioning.
