Content Producer & Growth Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Producer & Growth Strategist to own the end‑to‑end podcast content chain for a portfolio of premium clients. You will coordinate post‑production, manage distribution across audio and social platforms, and use performance data to continuously improve each episode.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate video editors and graphic designers, set clear expectations for pacing, storytelling, audio quality, visual style and platform formats, and act as the final quality gate.
• Publish and optimise long‑form episodes on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube, and distribute short‑form clips on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn with platform‑native thumbnails, SEO keywords, hooks and captions.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars that reflect algorithmic shifts and trending formats, and orchestrate teaser and hype cycles around episode releases.
• Monitor real‑time retention, click‑through rates and watch‑time; adjust captions, thumbnails or hooks within the first 24 hours to maximise performance.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with clear data insights and actionable recommendations for the next production cycle.
• Manage daily community engagement and ensure client communication is clear and on‑brand.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full podcast content lifecycle from post‑production to distribution.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into production improvements.
• Strong organisational skills to brief and coordinate editors, designers and clients.
• Excellent storytelling sense to ensure content is on‑brand and engaging across platforms.
